Master Bedroom - "The Blue Room"

Above are three pictures of the door to the hallway from the master bedroom. Left: Before any work. Center: After painting, Right: After Carpet.

Above are three pictures of the master closet. Upper-Left: Before, Upper-Right - removed that icky carpet and painted, Bottom, nice new carpet! And look at that nice clean deck. Ready for a grill party?

On the other side of the glass sliding doors we discovered water damage when we pulled up the carpet (1 above). Ick! So, we removed the first level of sub-flooring, replaced it, and started the project of re-doing the drywall. Since the drywall takes several levels of sanding and mudding, we didn't want that to hold up the rest, so we went ahead and painted the rest of the room and had the carpet installed. When the drywall is done, we'll finish painting that corner. Notice the icky baby-blue wall that used to be there :).

Second Bedroom - "The Green Room"

Ooo! Look at those icky stains! And, ooooo, look at that pretty green!

In (1) you can see a bit of the really icky carpet that was in that room. Then look at (3), wow, what a change that makes in that room!

The Hall Way

Left: Before, Middle During painting, Right - After! We still need to remove the rest of that ugly cieling fan and replace it with somethign nice... And the doors need painting... and it never ends! But, it looks much better.
